Yes I’m very happy with the service Peter Mcginity and his team did an excellent job. There are a few issues under warranty a couple more issues were found and fixed under the warranty which just seems amazing to me. Completely satisfied with the service department. The only issue I have is the wait time once I arrive on site. If I have an appointment why does it take 10 - 15 minutes to be seen by a rep. Why not have an express lane for customers with an appointment.

Hayden provided me great customer service today. First time working with him. He registered me quickly as I was in a hurry with a ride waiting to take me back to work. Asked me if I wanted to take care of other items I was due for besides the tire I was there for. Then he texted me with another issue he found. Kept me updated on new charges and status on pick up. Appreciated this as I usually have to call for status. Service was done timely.
