They stated the issue was fixed. I did not even make it home to French Valley before the radio died again. Ted as a service manager was great. Not to sure about the techs who (supposedly) fixed the problem.

I asked that the tires not be rotated and yet they were. I had them rotated at another facility several months ago. I also see that Cadillac owners have their cars washed but my Silverado trucks and Cruze(which I purchased all 3 at Paradise at over $160k combined)and yet I can’t get them washed when I get serviced. I will continue to patronize this dealership but somewhat disappointed with the recent service I’ve received.
