I haven’t been to dealer for service in at least 25 years. My experience with Ty was much different than my past experiences. Ty was good about getting my request solved and wasn’t pushy about extras. That to me is a big plus. Because of his attitude I will return for any work I cannot accomplish on my own.

Nobody calls with updates. I have to call and get the same answer each time for this last month, it's been "give it another week or two" the last call I made was yesterday and he said "should be mid next week it's in paint booth". My brother worked in a car dealership body shop and he tells me it shouldn't take more than 2 days after painting. It's been 1 day, can I pick my truck up tomorrow?? Come Monday if it's not ready im going to write reviews about the poor service I've received. I'll be calling everyday twice a day to see if it's ready. I understand waiting on parts but as soon as they were received it should've been in paint by the end of that week. It's been two weeks almost past their arrival, my truck has been with you over a month in the body shop alone. Let's get it in gear and get me my truck back so I can have transportation again please. Thank you
