Everything went very smoothly from the day I left my car and picked up a Courtesy Vehicle, to driving home when my car was ready. America was very helpful and respectful when getting the Courtesy car. When I arrived today to pick up my car, Aubrey greeted me and took care of everything right to helping get my things out of the Courtesy car. My car had been cleaned and it looked fabulous. I am 90% pleased with everything. Oh...the 10%....I really think 2 inch plus fingernails at the cashier counter are probably not a good idea, health wise.I know it is trendy and many cashiers in restaurants, etc. have extra long nails but I imagine dirt and germs must be able to collect underneath! Thank you Ty for the 90%, I appreciate the positive experience.

Mr. Hernandez explained what was going to happen with the service of my vehicle. He was professional and courteous. When my vehicle was done being serviced Mr. Hernandez came himself to let me know my vehicle was waiting for me outside and all the work was completed. Also, he made future recommendations for my vehicle while not pressuring me to commit today. I will definitely come back to have those recommendations completed because I believe Mr. Hernandez was honest and not just trying to recommend unnecessary services.

Hayden is an awesome guy you have over there. I've had minor issues with my 2021 Colorado Bison and it's like the red carpet for even simple stuff. Only issue I have is the lack of a functioning online appointment sign up. Before this service appointment when I checked making an Online Appointment nothing was available for 30 plus days. Thankfully your Rep on the phone was able to accommodate me much sooner.
