Trevor is a great service writer. He’s helped me on both of my Chevy trucks and he does everything professionally and less us know if anything is due to be done on the vehicles.

We had an appointment to have our Cadillac SRX serviced on Tuesday, March 7th. Unfortunately, we were told the car did not even get looked at that day. We could have gotten our car back Wednesday late in the day, but we had plans. We feel communications could have been a bit better, but overall we feel our car was well taken care of. I don't think that Jeff could have done much differently. It will be good to get to know him better. Geoffrey Rasmussen had taken care of us for the lifetime of our two cars, the Cad and our Corvette. Change is sometimes difficult.

Chris demostrated amazing customer service he made my truck repairs transition flawless keeping me informed about the repairs and time frame throughout the week he was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure i recieved great service i was without atransportation chris provided me a uber to pick up my truck after it was repaired believe me im difficult to impress paradise chevrolet is a top notch service department. I went in for and oil leak due my last oil change were theythey over tight the oil dilter cause it to leak. I had to wait over 4 hours for them to change the oil filter they over righted on my last oil change. They knew I was waiting. This was worse service I have received there. I had to keep asking the status of my truck for them to tell it’s in line for a lift. When other came same time did for and oil change and was gone in a hour don’t understand why I had to wait for a lift for 4 hours.

Very upsetting coming from a custom that has purchased 500+k In vehicles in past 12 months from paradise alone and I, Ryan T.
