Your service representative was very courteous and professional and did his job! I am a long standing customer at your dealership and been a customer at service and I have bought two vehicles from you. My vehicle was in there for 4 hours which was a long time base upon past service
s and years of being a customer . I am not blaming your representative it was just a very long wait and I was the only customer left in the room . Your representative called my attention to additional services I need to have done / repairs to brakes etc so hopefully my next service will be a little less time!!!!
