Too long of a wait for a car wash. Tech said 3 hours. I was there at 7:00 am for an oil change no tire rotation. That is a little much to wait for a car wash

It would be nice for the service advisor to review the invoice with me so I knew of all the work done and could have asked questions that had come up after he and I talked via phone but before I picked up my car. If there’s been something done to my car, even a software update, I want to be made aware and that did not happen. I had to text after the fact because that recall caused more concern. It doesn’t take that long to review what was done with the customer and make sure more questions didn’t come up

I was bringing a company truck in and my boss said he had called and they said they were pretty open and bring the 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD down to the service department the truck would not start intermittently even though the battery and alternator were functioning properly. Upon arrival I was told that because of the nature of the issue that the truck would probably have to be there through Monday. I met with Chris and he was nice enough to come out and see if we could repeat the problem and we could and he told me that I need to leave the truck there and they will give me a call Monday. Chris then somehow worked his magic and was able to get the electrical system and after some diagnostics they determined it was the starter. They were able to change the starter the same day and I was able to pick the truck up before closing on Saturday. Thanks to Chris and the whole Paradise team now I can get back to work Monday.
