I am absolutely infuriated at my experience with Paradise today I drive further to come to this specific dealership because in the past I have received wonderful service. I booked my appointment six weeks ago for a 30,000 mile service oil change and tire rotation. I arrive today only to be told I am only getting an oil change and I was missed advised on the amount of time that it would take to get it done. I asked for a loaner car and was told I would need to pay for one I attempted to speak with management who apologized and said he would get me a loaner for next time but all in all, I wasted over a half a day driving just to get an oil change that would’ve saved me a lot of money to just get locally instead of driving more than 40 miles to do so complete waste of time and very disappointed with Paradise Chevrolet and nicks lackluster attitude

The service Rep Jeff Hunt was great, however an ongoing problem with my 2013 Captiva was not able to be resolved, and we received no significant help from GM, other than for me to continue to pour money into a variation of the same repairs. This is unacceptable and I Will be getting rid of a bad product.
