I arrived for my appointment approximately 10-15 minutes early. (Appt time 1:04)I was informed that my service advisor was at lunch and would be back in a few minutes. After sitting in my truck for approximately 20 minutes, in the service drive, I was greeted by my service adviser. I feel that any service adviser could have written up my vehicle. Additionally it took approximately 2 hours for a simple oil and filter change. (3:13)

We did not have an appointment for April 3 and thought we would try our luck in getting our truck serviced. We were told that we would have to leave the truck and it may be serviced that day. After the service rep checked the schedule, he informed us that he will be able to fit us in. So scheduling was right on.
