I know this was my 1st service. But no one reviewed what was done as its 1st service. What to expect for the next service. It would be nice that at the end of the service everything should be explained. I know how this works. But if my wife brings it in, I want her to feel like she got told everything that got done. And feel really comfortable with bringing it in by herself.

Maria was wonderful and I'm satisfied with the service overall, but one of my wheel center caps was broken when your technician was removing it and it was placed inside my car without telling me. When I went back inside to ask what happened I was told it broke because it was plastic, but that piece was not broken when I arrived. I was also told nothing could be done to replace it since it's not a GM part. I bought the vehicle 2 years ago from your dealership with those aftermarket rims and all of my center caps were intact until yesterday. After I got home I looked online and it's going to cost me $60 to replace. After spending over $1K in repairs there it's really disappointing to have to spend another $60 for damage done at your shop. I'm sure it was accidental but I feel it should've been fixed or I should've been given a discount on my services to make up for the extra money I now have to spend to replace it.

First of all, I have been a long time customer of Paradise and thus far have purchased 3 cars and this is the first time that I am unhappy with the customer service from Mr. Ceja. If there is an agreed time for an appointment, then the dealership should honor that appointment and schedule accordingly with no delay. This did not happen and if the repairs cannot be made, it is my understanding that a courtesy vehicle would be available. My repair was over 3k and Mr. Ceja did not offer a courtesy vehicle and the car was not repaired as scheduled. I did not like the way I was treated and I am not happy with Mr. Ceja customer service. Rating 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being great customer service. I rate Mr. Ceja a Negative 5.
