I don’t have a problem with Ted, he placed the Tahoe back in service the 2nd time right away. When my wife picked up the vehicle the first time, she was told by the supposed head mechanic that the noise she was hearing was normal, and apparently it was not! Some mechanic needs to take a little more time to make sure everything is connected properly the first time!

Left the dealer with my tire pressure off on the the tires 9lbs lower than when I brought in. Also, the one concern in the engine, happened again. Then they didn’t fix the lock/unlock that was having a problem with. Also now my car auto locks! I had to call onstar to open my car as my keys were locked inside.
