Ted did a good job communicating, but the problem with the vehicle did not get resolved. Now I have to call Chevrolet or take to another dealer who would hopefully do a proper inspection and repair on the vehicle and not burn a third of a tank of fuel and tell me they couldn’t duplicate the problem when I told them exactly where to look. RF brake has visible damage and runs hotter than the left.

Service with Peter was excellent he was a great service advisor. Unfortunately your Sales Manager Jimmy Vargas was not. Long story but he should be fired. As a customer tried to use ev charger in front of dealership in the customer parking area. Was told could not use and unplug Chevrolet Bolt or he would call the Sheriff's dept. This was uncalled for and this guy should be fired on the spot. I have never had such terrible customer experience. This guy is a big bully and think he owns the dealership. Please contact me asap.
