Ted was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me with the issues I was having with my vehicle. He took the time to explain everything to me and make sure that I had everything in line before I left. I would request to work with Ted again if I need to come back for any reason.

Jon provided excellent courtesy and communication on repair and cost as events unfolded. When I picked up vehicle the front and rear collision display alerts not working which I assumed were part of the parking assist. I hesitated on notification as to think this thru. 2 days later the collision alert started working but not rear back up avoidance signal. According to work order codes show none after repair. Perhaps computer needs to learn it's settings again or still a wiring short.
