David Grubbs has built an excellent team of service members. It is rare to see management skills like his and happy employees these days. My steering wheel was off center to the right and you performed an alignment. Driving home my steering wheel was off-center to the left. It took me 20 minutes to make a half-turn adjustment to both tie rods to center the steering wheel myself. The oil change was completed. I am pleasantly surprised that you are replacing my passenger seat cover due to a defect lump in the leather. Thank you!
