Came in for an oil change and I got that, but they said they did an overall inspection and after their assessment they told me The mechanic recommended that I replace The serpentine belt (among other things). I asked why and they said because it showed signs of wear. However, I have just had the belt replaced a month ago so it’s brand new. I believe they just referred to old notes and recommended the work to me again without looking at The belt. Now I feel I can’t trust the mechanics recommendations about anything else. I don’t think they are actually looking at the vehicle during the so-called inspection. just referring to old notes and adding onto it. If they told me I needed new brakes, how would I know if they even looked at my brakes or just tried to add recommended services? It has totally erased my trust in your services, even though I’ve been a customer for many years. It seemed careless at best, dishonest at worst. Neither of those two options are good. Now I don’t feel I would ever do repairs with your mechanics without getting a second opinion first.

Peter was great. I appreciate the communication regarding my car. The service was excellent. My one wish - wash the car or at least spray it off and vacuum the inside. I believe in a one stop shop and will pay for excellent service just to avoid going to different locations. Subaru always returns a serviced car clean and shiny. I would pay extra for Chevy todo the same.

Just felt like half the cost of service was taking apart the engine which wasn’t the problem. Should have been way cheaper. 5500 for labor alone. I was better off trading truck in and getting a new one.
