My only issue was that they charged me for a car wash and I didn’t actually have it washed by their team.

To be honest I am very satisfied with the Platinum Detail and the honoring of Corvettes of Temecula Valley club discount through Dave English. Michael Sanchez was a very nice service rep and a plus for your team. One negative comment is the windshield had several smudges on the inside which I cleaned, overall a great job.

For the most part, service was fine, except: they found a nail in my tire which I told them not to worry about because they're under warranty and I would take it to get fixed; however, they didn't fill my tires to the designated PSI which is standard in any general maintenance/oil change. The fact that they found the nail tells me they were looking at the tires, so not filling them up is very poor practice. I know cars, I've built them, but most people don't. If I am supposed to tell the service dept every little thing to do when i take it in, I'll scrap that plan and drive the 60 miles to my old mechanic. John was great, kept in touch with updates and was courteous. I think the issue falls on those working on the car.

It is the first time that I picked up my truck after the work was done and the truck, even though the agreed to work was, as always, done exceptionally well, the clean up afterwards wasn't done to Paradide standards. Mike helped me clean the grease off the drivers seat and when I got home I cleaned up the paper,plastic, and signage left in the truck. I also cleaned up the sidewalls on the tires as there was white film or soap or something left on them. I will be back and Mike and Nick are great guys and I know they would want to hear these things.
