I have no issues with Michael the service writer. I understand that he is just doing his job. At 68,000 miles on this motor I find it really frustrating that I had $3,1000, in engine repairs $2600 was tear down to diagnose. I do have vlog specifically for this truck filling it from the date of purchase.
Our fleet for my business is Chevy based on how my vehicle performed l, mpg, and repairs. Do to this costly repair we will not be purchasing Chevrolet for our any longer due to this singular issue. Very disappointed in Chevy and my vlog will reflect my experience. I did notify and record each call with your service writers. These will be posted on my vlog.
