I was absolutely satisfied with the communication that Chris gave me and all that he did. He was very much on top of it. This was my work truck that was in there so for it to be down any length of time was crucial and he got it back to me as fast as possible, I am very thankful

I was very clear with what the issue was with my son’s truck when I set up the appointment and the person on the phone said that they would have the parts (power window motor) at the shop and would be able to fix the issue if that’s what it was. It was the issue after diagnosing but you in fact did not have the part, it had to be ordered. Then you tried to charge him for the diagnosing and then was going to charge to install, this is all covered under warranty we purchased. Overall very frustrated over this very simple issue that should have been resolved in one appointment.
