You need to have someone take the client home and not rely on friend/family. Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and other dealerships have this service. For the amount of money we paid for our truck, you’d think this would be policy.

James and service team did an outstanding Job. However what’s the deal with the car wash/detail team. Your receptionist told us it is not available. We always get a wash after service. It’s a big reason we bring our vehicles to the dealership and not to a private mechanic.

My only comment is ... I think the technician should have confirmed the integrity of the hoses when he put the new compressor on. It would have saved me the $1,000 cost to replace it 6 weeks later.
