I made an appointment online, which was a selling point from your salesman that this option was available. I made the appointment for a recall six weeks in advance. When I got there cars, not in front of me but well behind me or being taken as I was sitting there due to they couldn’t find that I had made an appointment. Talking to the gentleman next to me in the next vehicle he had the same problem. Talking with the service writer for quite some time. Luckily, John car had it done in a very short time. He also apologized for the online appointments not syncing with the service department. That is something that definitely needs to be addressed. It was my very first visit after purchasing a car , for this recall it didn’t give me the fuzzy-wuzzy feeling. I hope I’m next visit that will go much smoother than my first Paradise.
