He explains everything and make sure you understand everything that’s gonna be done and if you have options what they can be. The service was great. But while they determined that the culprit of the real loud chime, they were not able to be sure that replacing the amplifier will fix the super loud chime. And, reprelacement of the amplifier would cost $1,200. So, I have to live with the loud chime that won't adjust below 28 on the volume control.

Michael was very courteous but, I didn't appreciate him trying to sell me services that I didn't need. I explained to him the maintenance book tells me when to change the transmission fluids. I believe this is called upselling which is illegal. I don't know if he was unaware of when to change fluids. But he was very nice.
