My wife and 9 mos old visited your dealership for a recall. She requested a courtesy vehicle and was told none were available. She then asked if she could have a ride which seems to be approx 2.5 miles away and was told no one was available. She waited for almost 2 hrs for updates to be made and now our vehicles drivers seat motor is making a terrible grinding sound and our monitor screen is showing some image interference. This has to be one of the worst experiences we have had with a dealership. Interesting enough we were texted that you would like to purchase vehicle and my wife was asked if we would like to change our license plate frame to “Paradise”!!
