Mike was terrific. He reviewed my concerns and provided me information from his analytics and we came up with a workable plan. Services are expensive but I will be back in the future.

Overall Jon was polite and helped in what he could. I was not satisfied because although a repair was completed on the vehicle, I will most likely have to return the vehicle for maintenance for another 6 days in the near future. The main issue with the vehicle was not repaired and will continue to have similar issues. This is the second time bringing it in for the same issue and will require a third.

A problem that occurred during my last service with you, you wanted to charge me $700 to correct. You also charged $200 for diagnostics and stated it was rodent damage. All I know is that the last time I brought the car in the windshield wiper fluid worked and when I took it home, it didn’t. I spent $1000 last time for repairs that were supposed to be covered under warranty, but weren’t for “rodent damage”. I will be taking my car to our local mechanic from now on. Their prices are far more reasonable and I don’t feel taken advantage of. So much for warranty.
