Ty did an excellent job for me. He was courteous and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He represents the company very well. The service manager was also very nice. I had a slight situation and he gave it his immediate attention and took care of my needs. Both represent the company very well.

Trevor is not my service advisor and upon arrival for my appointment me had been advised that Cris S. my service advisor would not be in on the day of my appointment, me and my wife patiently watched cars on both sides of us and in back of us being taken care of before us, so I went into a booth with two service advisors Trevor took the initiative to not only to see who are substitute was he jumped in and took over wining me over, he is very knowledgeable and an asset to Paradise whom I have been a customer for a couple of decades every service advisor has asked me to give a good survey not once did Trevor asked me to give him a good survey but he sure has earned it excellent job Trevor.

After purchasing a new car I shouldn’t have to be going through what I have been through. Tire sensors are defective not the right ones on the tires I have purchased. It has taken 3 service visits for your technician to figure out. Know waiting for the correct sensor & another visit.

It was a great experience working with James. He knew we were from out of town and made every effort to get our vehicle back to us. We are from Bullhead City AZ and the dealership there does not seem to care about the issues we address. If they would have taken care of the problem we may have never broke down on our vacation.. we traveled with a 7 year old and 2 dogs which was very stressful. He kept us updated and made every effort to get our vehicle back to us to return home. It's nice to see someone take such pride in their job like James!

I did express concern that a message popped up saying oil was low and to please. heck it although it showed 45% left still but not sure it got. checked as I requested because I got my Suburban back today and the message popped back up again. Brought in 2018 chevy volt for stabilitrak service. The issue is a faulty break sensor. I was quoted $2,600 for a mere sensor and was told it'd have to be ordered and could take weeks or months. Stabilitrak sensor repairs, specifically break sensors for the stabilitrak have online quotes typically ranging $80-$300, $500 maybe if it's a complex issue. Totally rip off trying to charge me 10x the price. It also took 2 entire days to get my vehicle and for them to even look at it even though I had an appointment.
