No I am very upset with my experience. I sent my car for service and when they told me my car is ready for pickup they then send me a picture asking if my car was hit from the back which it wasn’t prior to sending the car to them. I am very upset about this and suspicious. I will be coming to the dealership Monday to discuss this matter further.

After a negative interaction with a different Chevy dealership, I decided to go to Paradise Chevy in hopes to be treated better.
I am pleased by the service they provided. Jeff was extremely professional, honest, and welcoming. He provided updates of my vehicle in a timely manner since I was waiting in two different appointments. He took time to explain everything and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything.
