I really appreciate him as my service advisor I will be coming back just because of him. I was not happy thou that you guys didn't provide me a shuttle back to work. My company Ramona Tire and Service offers customers shuttle to and from their location... Otherwise it was a great experience...

My appointment was for 1:10 I showed up early at 12:45 they took my car and then three hours later it was finally done. That is too long to wait for an oil change. When I go to Dutton Cadillac I do not need an appointment and it only takes about 1hr 45mins not happy.
