Derek was very friendly and nice. When I was going to leave I did a final walk around the truck and found that there were a ton of new scratches and paint transfer from a white car on my black truck. I went in to have them touch up 2 scratches that were there when I bought the truck, but left with over 10 new ones. Derek took it right to detailed to try to buff them out, but they were all too deep. He assured me they will be covered and taken care of, but I would need to drop the car off again when the painters were there. Overall the situation ****, but Derek handled everything well and assured me he would take care of it.

Jon Hernandez is a great service pro! My recent service, I was on a tight time line, Jon kept me on schedule and informed every step of the way. I greatly appreciate Jon, he has been my service pro since 2004, thank you Jon.
On another note, I do not appreciate the service price increases. The cost of oil and fluid prices is going down, why are the prices going up so substantially. Oil change, trans fluid change and fuel filter was $1000, ridiculous! My question to those who raised service prices, do you what me as a continued customer? These prices are forcing me to go elsewhere.

Chris was excellent. He talked to me very thoroughly at the time of vehicle drop off about my concerns and issues. He explained everything in terms I could understand instead of being technical. It also really helped that he has a truck and tows a 5th wheel too. He was in constant contact during the day. He made sure our service was done that day, even though it was estimated to be a couple of days. When the work was finished, again, he explained in a way we could understand. He said what they did, what they found, etc. He also gave suggestions on what we could do with our 5th wheel to help. I am going to ask for Chris to be our advisor whenever we bring our truck in for any service. Thank you, Chris!
