From the very point of arrival for a scheduled appointment by the service group to advise my contact service coordinator (Mr. Jon Hernandez) that my vehicle is ready for service appointment. At that time I’m relaxing in the lobby in a very relaxing environment and Mr. Hernandez and the service technicians are busy with scheduled appointments. All is good with final services being finished and Mr. Hernandez has advised me of completion and ready for final procedure on service paperwork.
