Purchased an expensive cover for my truck and scheduled an installation. I took the truck in at 10 a.m., and after waiting until 1:20 p.m., I received a call informing me they would not be able to install it because of my bed liner. They also attempted to charge me $200 to remove or cut it. When I went to pick up my truck, I removed the liner myself. Currently, I have to wait until Wednesday to reschedule the installation. It was disappointing that it took three hours for them to inform me that the installation could not be completed as planned.
