I had an occasion today where I needed to have my car serviced today. I met with “Shane” at the dealership where I always have my car serviced. He introduced himself and was very courteous and pleasant. He explained in detail what he was planning to do with my car which I agreed to. After “Shane” completed his preliminary inspection, he requested that I follow him into his workspace so he could complete the work order. I was very satisfied with all of my dealings with “Shane”.

Great service even though took a long time this time waiting for parts and has to drive back nexr day becuase car was acting up. You can tell the employees feel appreciated for the most part and try to make the customer employee experience great. From service team, cashiers etc. Little touches like bathroom amenities, toy cars, love the jada ones that are from movies. Hoping you have a knight rider next time. Loaners are always new low miles. I almost bought a new silverado because of it. Great marketing tool. I drive 1.5 hours do go to service and experience I receive. I recommend Paradise to family and friends.
