Service check charge per issue very high, especially on a vehicle just purchased from your dealership. Charging for rental car for 1 day when there were issues covered under Bravo shows lack of customer focus.
We will probably shop around to other Chevy dealers for service and future purchase. I have been with my Toyota dealer for 10 years in Carlsbad for all purchases and repairs, I was really hoping for a similar experience with our 2nd vehicle, trying Chevrolet for the first time.
The combo or purchase and service from same dealer should provide a loyalty level of service, in this case the service made us feel like we made a bad purchase from the dealer. Like too bad, it has too miles so you should expect issues (even though Bravo guarantee)
Anyway, thanks for asking. Just wasn't what I expected. The service workers are kind enough, but they are in a system that doesn't allow them to provide level of service expected. So this is not a comment about staff, just overall dealership experience.

Peter my service has taken care of all my vehicles for years. PARADISE does a great job taking care of all my needs. You may pay more, but you can't beat the customer service and knowing any replacement parts come from GM and not NAPA.
