Jeff was clear on communication between me him and the tech. To keep me educated on the issue on my brand new chevy blazer. He explained it throughly and that it was a manufacture install issue. I appreciate the car rental. Just wish I wasn't taking a brand new vehicle with only 11k miles on it, with a transmission issue.
