Peter is awesome! He is the only service advisor i prefer to deal with. He goes above and beyond to help me and always makes sure the job is done right! He deserves a promotion in my opinion he goes way out of his way and has the best customer service I’ve seen in years

Poor customer service was treated with disrespect and would not even let the mechanic diagnose my vehicle only the service advisor said he couldn’t hear a noise so they said there wasn’t a point to even bring the car in. They would charge me a full $300 just for the service advisor looking at it.

Through no fault of Jeffrey’s, it’s frustrating to experience a known problem with our vehicle, only to find out that the parts needed are back ordered (on account of so many people having the same problem). Cadillac would be much better served if they got ahead of the problem.
