Jon really delivered and it was very much appreciated because I had a very serious Dr. appointment the next day and enben though Paradise Cadillac was very busy he was able to complete the necessary service so I could have the car for the Dr. appointment. Extra effort by an exceptional man!
We arrived after hours an Jon was there to deliver our car, now that's service and we have found this is a common theme with Paradise Cadillac and with the Mike Armstrong Team.

I arrived at the service station frustrated, not knowing how to explain my car's problems. The temperature gauge would sometimes not work, the check engine would light up, the air conditioning would not work, etc. When I arrived, the service consultant, Chris Stilgebouer from Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac, immediately took care of the situation and recognized the symptoms. After a diagnostic check, he knew how to resolve the issues. Bonus: it was covered under warranty, no out-of-pocket, plus he finished the job the same day. I even had my car washed. I was very pleased with the service.
