This is the 2nd time I’ve received a text telling me my vehicle is ready; but none of my vehicles have been serviced since early October! My vehicle was never there!
However, I’ve been trying to contact Scott Zalibra since the end of October to schedule warranty work on my 2016 Tacoma, and he never calls me back (he’s previously told me that there is a problem with the phone voicemail system, and he never receives the message!)
If you can have him call me ASAP, I would appreciate it!
