On my paper work it said that I need to do server on the air flow but that service I had done it approximately 3 months ago, and that service was going to cost me $400 dollars. I went to talk to the adviser and I told him to check that records of my vehicle and he told me that It was done on my previous service. I felt they thought I was dumb and I don’t keep records on my truck. This is the last time I will be going to that dealer for service
