Waiting area was cold, noisy, and uninviting and my vehicle was delayed when process to return it was triggered seemingly having been misplaced? I’ve been having my Toyotas serviced here for over thirty years and generally have been happy.

My 2019 Avalon vehicle has always somewhat noticeably shifted between gears. My 2014 Avalon shifts very smoothly, and many times I have mentioned to my wife how much I prefer the 2014’s shifting. I have no idea why, since I never mentioned the somewhat rough shifting to Candace, I immediately noticed the smooth shifting after I got the car back from servicing. It now shifts as smoothly as our 2014 Avalon. Great job! I appreciate your going the extra mile.
