I asked my service rep to update my address and she wrote the wrong address. I noticed it when I picked up my car so I went inside to correct it. I handed her my driver’s license and she wrote it down on a piece of paper. I called two days after my service to confirm it, it sent fix. I had to correct it over the phone. Just upsets me, because it’s important for the address to be correct. I missed the recall and I saw it on an email. I don’t want to miss another one.

I have reached out to Olivia to express my disappointment. My car was delivered to me without having been washed it was filthy they left it running on the curb the person who brought the car down walk right past me didn't say one word I think because he knew it was an embarrassment to deliver my cart in that shape. I waited five and a half hours for service and this is what I ended up getting at 5:41 in the afternoon evening after your service department had already closed. My initial entry into the service Bay I waited 18 minutes before Olivia even came out to greet me 3 * text had to go back and let her know that she had a customer waiting. I even had one Tech,
