When my son and I pulled up we weren’t on the list so osvaldo had to come out which was fine so when he approached the window I asked if there was a problem because I have the text message with our appt and his response which was rather rude was “and Good morning to you” which was really condisending and rude. It wasn’t until we went inside around his peers that he was pleasant. I was not empressed.

I would of liked for Javier to be more reassuring that the truck was going to be OK after taking it in for service and a bolt falling off the motor mount making the fan hit on the fan cover. Reassuring the truck was gonna be OK not to make excuses or make him feel like we did something wrong with the truck. I have one other truck Toyota Camry Corolla did I regularly service there. So far hidden mess with the service writers..

I had an 11:30 appt. was there until 4:30pm. I would have appreciated if someone would have come updated me every every once in awhile. When my car was done it still took a very long time for me to get it!!!I had to go and tell the service advisor, I was still waiting!! Yes, Phil was real good about getting back to me about what servicing my car needed. .. and I like how we towed the car into the dealership and it was taken care of right away.
The only thing needing maybe improvement with is the pick up of the car... I paid them And proceeded outside to get my car but was overlooked and waited quite a long time.. others were after me and were returned their car before me. It wasn’t an extreme amount of time but this has happened twice to me at pick up .. so I’m just wondering if maybe a better way to do so.. I realize the two guys had their hands full but maybe look at this part of the service to improve .Otherwise I’ve always had great service in all area.. from the time of arrival to getting my concerns to Phil and then the callback from him to the repairs .
