The CS agent that helped me was great. The reason I had to come in was crap. Toyota has a known issue with fuel pumps. It should be recalled... but somehow only made it to a TSB. $200 fuel pump (i changed this myself)... then $140 for a Toyota tech to change 2 values and flash the ecu... ridiculous. This seriously makes me want to never purchase another Toyota again.
Also having an appt at 8am... and still waiting almost 2 hours for a very very simple job. I know it didn't take more that 15 minutes cause I watched my truck sit in the lot across the street until it was finally pulled in. Make realistic appointments with people so your not wasting so much time.
