Phil Tarin is a great asset to Claremont Toyota. His professional mannerism and friendly personality is what makes customers return. I purchased my car there at Claremont Toyota in 2012. Phil Tarin is the kind of person you can trust with your car needs. I once was given another service personnel, cause Phil was out that day. The other service person quoted me things that I knew my car would not need. Very pushy, all I showed on my listing was an oil change, luckily I have never seen again.
My husband liked Phil because he is honest in the care of the customers car needs.

The wait for someone to come to my car when dropping off was longer than I’ve ever experienced in the past 12 years. It seemed disorganized and somewhat chaotic. Service time was good, but I waited almost 25 minutes for my car to be pulled up after checking out with the cashier. That was nearly a deal breaker. The drop off/pick-up needs to have better organization and coordination.
