I brought my vehicle in at scheduled appointment time of 1:00. I wasn’t seen by an advisor for 20+ mins. There were plenty of advisors available but were eating, walking past customers without acknowledgment. I never received a text to come pick up my car. Called service several times without connecting with anyone. I chose to go to the dealership to see if my vehicle was ready. Picked up vehicle. Parts were ordered under warranty but not by the advisor who helped. He ended up leaving for the day without contact on day of service and did not receive call post service pertaining to parts and warranty work.
Jess should be re-trained.

I m really disappointed with cleremont Toyota dealer because my truck has a air conditioning expansion valve problem,that until now they can’t fix it after two times that I took it to the dealer and I took my truck for third time for service and they didn’t change the engine oil, that is important part of the service of a vehicle so if they don’t fix them in the next couple months I gonna get a lawyer and take the problem to the court.
