Luis was terrific, but I was dismayed by the number of unmasked customers in the waiting room and your company’s inability to enforce state and county mandates. Icing on the cake was when the man delivered my car and got out of it with no mask on. I made him go find Lysol, but I remain furious about it. Surely Claremont Toyota can do better!
