Thanks for great service. One thing to suggest tho, being 1st time customer, I did not know car wash needed to be requested in Claremont Toyota. Would appreciate if can be asked on this moving forward, a little disappointed to pick up truck with no wash while seeing others with fresh washed cars. Thanks!

My experience was sullied when I picked up my vehicle and the man who brought it couldn't be bothered to wear his mask properly in the service area or in my vehicle. The man was in my vehicle with his mask under his chin and my windows up. This is a huge liability and I'm livid. I was already scared to bring my car for warranty service because I don't know how careful employees are right now. I was pleased to see the safety precautions when I dropped off my car all the way until I saw this 1 employee who could not be bothered to ensure the safety of others. He's walking around other customers, his co-workers , and in personal vehicles with a mask under his chin breathing in cars that have to be driven home. Unacceptable! This is not a new procedure. This man does not belong in anyone's car if he can't comply. I had to drive home with my mask on, disinfect my car, and leave my windows down. This is not the experience I expected to have from Toyota! I expect Toyota to go above and beyond and I was left with a car not suitable for me to drive home safely. I'm not confident to being my car back for its next service date due to the way my car was handled. Employees need to be diligent on protecting their customers as much as possible and follow the state mandates.
