It took an hour longer than expected to get my truck back and when I tried to call to find out the status of my truck, no one would pick up my call. It was completely frustrating. This is the 2nd time it took longer than 3 hours to get my truck back

Olive was very nice and personable. I appreciated her communication and updates. I would definitely do service with her again because she seems both knowledgeable and relatable. My one negative comment (which has nothing to do with Olive) would be how insistently Claremont Toyota is pushing the trade-in offers. It's probably the most annoying part of the experience (and that's more than past experiences of having to wait a long time, miscommunication, etc.) While waiting for my service, I got a call from Claremont Toyota, which I naturally assumed would be related to my service appointment. Nope, it was someone trying to talk to me about a trade in offer. Not 30 minutes later, I have another individual now physically approach me to talk about a trade in offer. One, the place should really get it's act together and stop pushing this, especially if you've been declined. You've tried to approach me with $800 in recommended services, and not you're hitting me up to buy a new car. Stop. Also, take a hint when someone doesn't want your schpiel and maybe let's keep a 6 ft distance instead of forcing your now redundant and unwelcomed pitch in my space in the middle of a pandemic. Also, now upon doing this survey you AGAIN push this trade in offer on me? This is 3 times in less than 12 hours. To reiterate again, Olive was fantastic. That said, if I get one more "offer" to trade in my car any time soon I will never come back again. I'm already traveling over 30 miles to get to this dealership, and there are several dealerships that are much closer that I can take my business to. Thanks!

I had a 7:30 appointment and waited for my car At 11 am I had to find someone to find out where my car was. Finally the service writer came and got me. Escorted me to His desk and left me there for another 10 Minutes. This was way too much time to spend at the service for and oil change and minor service

I felt as if my business didn’t matter ... when the manager was called to come to the cashier booth as I had a question and he did not respond yet when he was texted the question he answered the employees question without having the one on one customer experience to really know what was being asked. I may not visit this dealership again.
