Miguel was great and very helpful. How ever the service was sub par. They rotated my tires but left the original psi the same. This truck recommends that the rear tires have more psi than the front. Also I asked that the license plate frames be changed out to your dealers as I live in santa margarita. I bought the truck in Poway as you did not have inventory. I wanted to represent the rsm Ford dealer. I think maybe some more care of checking the original paperwork and setting up procedures for checking work was completed and completed adequately
