The person listed in this message is not the service adviser who helped me. My adviser was Jonathan, I arrived a few minutes before my appointment at 10am. I was greeted and every thing was fine. Jonathan was very friendly and helped me with getting the code to my door buttons for the vehicle I had purchased the weekend before. The reason I was there was because a latch didn't work on my center console. I explained when I called that I would need to wait for my vehicle to be looked at since I do not live local. After 2 hours in the waiting room I asked Jonathan for an update on my vehicle. An hour later I texted him with no reply. 15 minutes later I viewed him and a couple employees swearing expletives' at the vending machine that I heard from the far side of the waiting room. He was upset the machine wasn't vending a water bottle. When he walked away I said "hey Jonathan" he replied "ya" I asked if he had any update on my vehicle, he turned away and walked away. I had to go to the sales manager to get an answer about my vehicle, I think his name was Erick. He went to the drive and came back a couple minutes later with another adviser who informed me they would need to order a part to fix my vehicle. I waited 3 1/2 hours to be told the needed to order a part? So to answer this question very bluntly, I not happy at all! Matt Sunbury

What my biggest frustration was making an appointment and not getting efficient service despite doing so. It took 4 1/2 hours to do a simple oil change. I was asked if I would be okay with a 3pm pick-up despite my appointment being at 11am. I had time (I work from hime) so it was fine. At 2:40 I texted the service person and got no response. I then arrived at the dealership and was told it would take another 15/20 as it wasn’t ready yet and did I get a text saying it was done. The service rep never got my text and said there was some issue with that. I was obviously upset. My time is important and having set an appointment, giving more than enough time for the service, then being ignored and showing up to only be more than delayed did not sit well with me. It is a 15/20 minute service and setting an appointment means nothing...no thank you. I am angry enough to take my business elsewhere. Not to mention this is the 2nd time I’ve had a service issue at this location!
