Experience with Josue was good, he arranged a the Uber to drop me off. What I didn’t like was that there was no offer to wash the car, other dealerships would do that as a courtesy. I saw another car come out of service that was washed and wondered why mine wasn’t or atleast offered. Next time I will take my vehicle to be serviced at the dealership that offers the service because while I know it’s necessary, taking the car in is inconvenient, I would appreciate the extra effort.
