I was much more satisfied with the maintenance department. I asked if they could wash my car, like they used to do. He said, sure, not the inside, just the outside. I said, OK. Well, to my surprise, they washed and vacuumed my car!! Wow, I miss that kind of service. I don’t know why, but they waived my tire rotation fee. Again, a nice surprise. Especially, because I had to pay Lyft to get back. I do appreciate one ride to or from my home. Both way’s would be better, but overall very happy!!

Got my car serviced 1.5 months back, immediately after that, car started shaking in idle. Last week it started shaking even while driving. I took it back to service station and they charged me for the repair although it was because of bad service done previously.
It is not Rigo’s mistake, the service center and service quality issue. I hope it is not intentional or carelessness. I hope it was a miss and rarity. Service center should have owned the issue.

Jimmy was awesome. From what I experienced he is a true rep for your company. There was a gentleman ahead of me with a bit of an attitude and Jimmy handled him with such finesse I was actually comforted that Jimmy handled him like a true boss. Very satisfied indeed.
