Rigoberto was knowledgeable and communicated well and the estimated time was longer than the actual time needed. Which was a wonderful outcome. He also led me through the maintenance terms using layman language, which I appreciated, without talking down to me. Finally, when we talked about an issue found with the diagnostic result, I mentioned a previous issue and asked him to check previous maintenance records and he did and found the issue which is above and beyond good service. The only other person who has done a job as well as Rigoberto was Tom, who I worked with almost exclusively for the last 8 years. Rigoberto was superior.
