My vehicle I recently purchased has been at the service center for a week and a half. I paid for repairs that did NOT repair the issue at all. My vehicle is still at the service center and still being diagnosed. The issue has cost me too much time and too much money. Rigo has been doing his best and trying to help but they still have not fixed the issue or diagnosed the problem even after making the recommended repairs nothing changed.

I had Rigoberto Miranda as my service provider advisor previously on 12/28/2022 at the McKenna Volkswagen location in Huntington Beach and he charged me approximately $600 to fix a sunroof leak on my 2017 GTI. He did not fix the leak, which caused me to sell car and buy a 2024 Golf R from Norm Reeves. I hope that going forward the service is on par with Norm Reeves VW’s reputation. I had a great experience on 8/10/2024, But I would love like to speak to another service advisor for subsequent services going forward.
